• Use of the Zone for the promotion of illegal activities is prohibited.
• Your uploaded files, and your participation in conferences and chats, are subject to review, modification, and deletion, without notice, by the forum manager responsible for the Zone.
• Files uploaded to a newsgroup may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction, and/or dissemination, and you are responsible for adhering to these limitations if you download them.
• Please do not use profanity or sexually explicit language on the Zone or its newsgroups.
• We observe zero tolerance* for engaging in personal attacks.
• We observe our zero tolerance* policy in regards to racial, ethnic, sexual, or religious slurs. This violation will result in immediate discharge from RSA128.
• Please do not create a Clan Name with any profanity, sexually explicit language, sexual innuendo, or racial, ethnic, or religious slurs. Clan Names of that nature are prohibited by RSA128 Command and The Zone.
• Member's right to use the Service is personal to Member. Member may only be an individual. Member may not be a corporation or other business entity. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service, without the express consent of MSN Gaming Zone.
• Please be considerate at all times of members playing games on the Zone. Disruptive behavior, making lewd comments, or nagging a game Game Host to “GOGOGOGO!!!!!”, will flag you for review and may lead to your discharge from RSA128.
• Cheating in games and tournaments is prohibited, unless a Game Host has deliberately enabled cheats for use in the game. Those users caught cheating may suffer suspension from the Zone and/or penalties from RSA128 Command. Manipulation of chronic cheaters game ratings may occur if caught cheating in a rated game room. Cheats include, modified weapons, “lucky armor” and character modifications like running speed.
• Please avoid excessive shouting (use of all caps) or flooding (continuous posting of repetitive text) in the Zone Chat areas or on its newsgroups.
• Your clan “uniform” must be worn at all times. The “uniform” is the “RSA128_” at the beginning of your Zone Member Name.
• Impersonation of other RSA128 members, RSA128 Commanding Officers, other Zone members, Zone Sysops, Zone staff members is prohibited. False representation of yourself as any of these can result in suspension or discharge from RSA128 and/or immediate termination of your Zone account.
• Threatening or harassing tournament hosts, Zone Sysops, and Zone employees is prohibited and can result in suspension or discharge from RSA128 and/or immediate termination of your Zone account.
• Any user who posts Web links or URLs in the lobby or game chat that point to content deemed inappropriate by the RSA128 Command and Zone staff will have their chat and game privileges for the Zone revoked.
• Sysops are unable to monitor Member's conversations or game play at individual game tables and therefore users are empowered to remove kibitzers, boot players and otherwise enforce the Code of Conduct. As an RSA128 Operative, you are expected to enforce the RSA128 Code of Conduct with a fair yet firm hand.
• The Zone is rated by RSACi, the Recreational Software Advisory Council on the Internet. The RSACi system rates Web sites and games on the level of sex, violence, profanity, and nudity. The Zone has a level 2 rating, and we strive to enforce standards for that rating provided by the RSACi organization. Zero Tolerance Policy*
The RSA128 Rainbow Six Assault 128 as an entity in no way condones or accepts any type of deformation of character. In Washington State, location of RSA128 Command HQ, deformation of character is a misdermenor punishable by incarceration and/or a fine.
